How long should the carpets take to dry?

I get this question all the time and there are many factors that can affect dry times.  We at Altitude Carpet Care take great pride in not over wetting the carpet and use special tools to help aid in the dry times.  We use special down facing fans that move an exceptional amount of air over the carpet fibers.  The results can be excellent and the carpets can be dry to the touch before we leave the job.  Some factors that can increase dry times are pile density, additional flushing of carpet fibers to get carpet clean, applying carpet protector, and high humidity.   Every job is a little different but most carpets dry in a few hours.
